Packing standards
We take great care when packing every order before it leaves us. Depending on the type of goods being shipped, we use protective packing materials such as newspaper, butchers paper, cardboard, bubble wrap, and foam to help cushion and protect the items during transit.
Our packing process is designed to keep the goods secure and firmly supported inside the satchel or carton. We pack items tightly so there is little to no opportunity for the goods to move around while in transit, reducing the risk of impact damage caused by movement inside the package.
When you order multiple loose items, please take care to check through all of the packaging carefully to ensure every product has been located. Some smaller items may be packed within layers of paper, cardboard, bubble wrap, or foam to keep them secure and protected during transit.
We also recycle and reuse suitable packing materials wherever possible to help minimise waste, while still ensuring your goods are packed safely and securely for delivery.
In short, we aim to pack every order to be as courier-proof as possible. While no carrier service can be completely risk-free, our packaging method is intended to give your goods the best possible protection from the point of dispatch through to delivery.
